OH, so there were TWO Sabra's, one the daughter of Robert Box III and Edny Harper Rose, and the other daughter of Robert Box IV and Gray? So WHICH ONE married Henry E. Williams?

THANKS for letting me know about Elsie Box's data base.

On Nancy Hurst... this is something I gleaned from searching for BOX info., and I have NO PROOF, I fear. I have a reference of a Box Family Bible mentioned in a posting by Lavinia Nance, Posting follows that by BOX Family Bible by S Carson of 2130 on Genforum. It may have come from this posting. Most of the info. I gained by just plugging in names into my Google seach engine. Obviously, I was working fast and hoped to put together the line, as best I could. Since BOX is not my main line, I was mostly just interested if I could find ANYTHING that linked the line to WILLIAMS, as Darla suggested that there might be a relationship.

Here's what I had saved...

Info that was sent to me says that STILLWELL BOX was born in Franklin Co Tn. , Robert Box in Laurens co. SC., John Andrew Box in Winchester franklin Co Tn., and Stephen wesley box born in Houston Co Crockett texas. I am kin to this box thru Stephen W. Box m to Missoura A. Ellis.. Some of my Ellis are Buried in Houston Co. Lovelady texas. i also have a BOX name on my Newman side . Her name was MARY(MOLLIE) Box Born in ALA10/17/1880 and m to William B. Newman . They are buried in Rose hill Cemetery in tyler texas. i have almost nothing on her except that her father was H.J.RIX and her mother was Mary Edington and i do not know how her name was BOX only that it is supposed to be on a death certificate of which i am going to get. According to the records lady she was listed a a BOX.If anyone has any of these names in their lines i would appreciate any info. THANKS,Lavinia Nance

I know, it's not a safe way to play this game, but at least I have a little better idea of the line, and have established this link to "Mack" Williams, which I'd already found in my Williams research.

Best, Gerri
