Julie Wills found three deeds related to Robert Box and his wife Phillis in Delaware. Those deeds can be found in her post No: 2110

Robert Box purchased land in 1728; I calculate he was born 1712 (if he were 16 when he purchased the land) or born before 1707 if he were at at least 21 when he purchased the land. I do not know the age requirements in Delaware for land ownership at that time.

The Laurens County Court record in her post is the documentation of Phillis Box in Laurens Co. SC in 1786.
