The earliest information any of us have is that William Boyers was baptised in Kelstern in 1795. His parents were John and Elizabeth,Elizabeth having been baptised in 1761.We have no dates for John.It is possible that they had children other than our William, but as all our families are descended from him we have not investigated further.Henry is however a common name in later generations. We were unable to find any record of John or Elizabeth in Lincs earlier than this, and we were advised they may have moved in from elsewhere, possibly South Yorks or Lancashire. There are a number of Boyers in Lancashire, but having consulted the mormon website, I still cannot find any record of the John we need to locate. Hope this might help,Lesley
