I have a copy of a book named "Solomon Boykin, Jr. 1745-1821,The Lost and Found Generation, His Ancestors and Descendants" written by Joe Boykin of Teague, Texas, and published in 1981. On page 54, it states that Burrel Boykin is the son of Solomon Boykin, Jr. and his wife Judith. His wife's name was Margaret McCann. The father of Solomon Boykin, Jr. was Solomon Boykin who was the Isle of Wight Co. VA, who moved to GA before 1780. His mother's name was Esther _________. Hope that this helps you some. Charlotte
