Thanks Gayle for all the info. I am sending you these questions via email also, but wanted to post for those researching the same line.
I am a bit confused though since Ron has Finis Ewing Bozarth as Bryant's son b. in 1871 and no Finis listed for Finas and Eunice. The date of death is the same for the Finis Ewing Bozarth you listed, but the birthplace is in Brumley, Miller County, Missouri.
I also found these same confusing relations in the IGI on familysearch.com from the LDS web site. Any way to know which is correct?
My family also remembers a Vashti Bozarth. They spelled the unusual name for me! Any idea who he might be? He is the only one you didn't list, however you had a few they didn't have.
Also, For your records, Maud was born (I have her as Maude Ethel Bozarth, from my grandfather's birth certificate) was born January 19, 1880 in Gallatin, IL. and died Abt. 1951 in Carmi, IL, White County. She is buried with her husband, Andrew Eugene Pool in Herald Cemetery, Herald, IL, White County. I have more information on her descendants if you are interested. Just let me know the best way to send you the info, gedcom or report.
One more thing, my family is very certain that Maud(e) was at least 1/2 Cherokee Indian. That has been passed down through the generations and wonder if you have found anything that might support that. Were the Scotts possibly Cherokee?
