John Bozarth came from NOrthern France with his younger brother Jonathan Bozarth Sr. ubder the comand of Baron DeKaib to assist American in the Revolutionary war. Jonathan Bozarth was a capitan of a company of Pennaylvania soliders. He was discharged at end of the war at Pittsburgh Pa. and given a land gran in Kentucky for his service. Said grant was signed by Patrick Henry, then govenor of Va, and ever thing west. He married Mary Hargis/Hargus and settled in Grayson County Ky. This looks like the same family of yours.
