I'm sorry. I don't know who the Vaughn is in the Jonathan Bozarth 1850 Census. If anyone would have info on that it would be Gayle Rose Mark, editor of the BOZARTH BEACON. The "BEACON" is an unusually good publication. Everything is researched to the nth degree. There were so many Bozarths that there could very well be a family relationship. This family was known for visiting each other on a fairly regular basis even back in time. She would know neighbors, friends and relationships. Gayle has placed messages on this forum, so I think you will be able to find her. Good luck!
