Bozarth family MO who raised an Adair child post-Civil War

I am searching for a Bozarth family living in Missouri in 1860s. The mother, I believe, is called Molly, and the family had several daughters. My great-grandmother Pietta Adair was born in 1861 in Arkansas; her father died in the Civil War, and her mother died when Pietta was an infant. We were told that Pietta was raised by an Aunt Molly Bozarth in Missouri, who may or may not be a blood relative. If anyone cames across anything about this child, I would be most grateful to know about it. We know almost nothing about Pietta's early years.
