I am a descendant of Avery and Leatha Claxton of Bedford Co TN 1850. By 1860, Avery was dead and Leatha was remarried to Isaac Boze. In 1861 the family moved to Caldwell Co Ky along with a lot of other TN folks. I have found no other trace of Leatha after 1870 except for her name on the Death Certificate of John M(organ)Boze where Isaac Boze and Leatha Boze are listed as the parents. I am trying to learn her maiden name. I believe that we are searching for the same Leatha Boze and would like to hear from you. You may email me directly if you wish....Thelma Phillips
