Sarah Bracey 4/13/04
Hi Sarah
There were only two Maurice Bracey's on the 1901 Census.
1.Maurice Bracey 12yrs b: Sussex East Grimstead Administration District: Surrey - Civil Parish: Lingfield
2.Maurice Bracey 13yrs b: Surrey Richmond - Administration District: London - Civil Parish: Chelsea
Below I have provide the family details of number 2 as he was born in Surrey. If you want the details for number 1 please let me know.
1901 Census
Administration District: London
Civil Parish: Chelsea
John Bracey - head - age: 48 - b: Liverpool - Occ: Jeweller
Elizabeth Bracey - wife - age: 37 - b: Huntingdon
John Bracey - son - age: 20 - b: Barnsbury - Occ: Pawnbroker S Assist
Arthur Bracey - son - 15 - b: Barnsbury
Maurice Bracey - son - age: 13 - b: Surrey Richmond
It appears that Maurice's father John was married twice first to Caroline & then to Elizabeth. It would seem that Caroline is the mother to all the children.
Found possible marriages & death on FreeBMD
John Bracey married Caroline Ledger Qrt Mar 1871 - District: Islington - Vol: 1b - Pg: 358a
Caroline Bracey death: Qrt Jun 1894 - District: Richmond Surrey - Vol: 2a - Pg: 206

Kate M Bracey - daug - age: 4 - b: <1877> Middlesex
John R J - son - age: 9mths - b: <1880> Middlesex
Note that a John Bracey married Caroline in district of Islington this would fit with birth place Barnsbury of John and Arthur as Barnsbury was in this district and that a Caroline Bracey right age died in Richmond Surrey this would fit with where Maurice was born. Then a John Bracey married an Elizabeth Dickerson in District Kensington and Chelsea was part of that district which would fit with 1901 Census civil parish the family were living in. see below
