FYI...I am looking for information on last name Brackenridge and came across your message. I also saw a message on the Ancestry.com message board posted by "Meg." Her email address is listed as firstname.lastname@example.org. Her message states:
Greeting. I am trying to connect my grandfather Sam Walls born 1906 and his brother Brack (Brackenridge) Walls to Charley Berry his wife Alice Collins and his line. Charley took in my grandfather and uncle after their father died. They lived on the Mud River in Boone County where the lived on a farm on the Twin Branch. I have ancestor and descendent information from Russell D. Turner and a couple of individuals on the Berry family but I am not sure how my WALLS family are related if at all. It is oral tradition that my grandfather was taken in by his uncle. My grandfather Sam Wall's parents were John?? Walls and Martha Anderson (Daughter of Samuel Anderson and Valoria Belle Curtis.) Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have been stuck for years on this and can't really get past my grandfather on the Walls side.
I thought you two might be working on the same Brackenridge Walls. If you find out that Brackenridge had a decendent named John H. Gammon or Margaret Susan Carson - I would appreciate it if you would let me know. Thanks.
