BRACKNELL's Confederate Soldiers
Posted by: Wayne Phillips (ID *****5870) Date: December 16, 2007 at 09:56:31

Family lore and some documents mention that Henry Jackson Bracknell and William Bracknell were in the Civil War and they had enlisted in the SOUTH CAROLINA Infantry. Are there any folks out there that has researched these two guys and their time in the military? My data shows Henry Jackson Bracknell (1849-1911) survived the war and moved to Bibb County, ALABAMA. William Bracknell (1834-1862) died of disease in VIRGINIA.
Any additional information would be appreciated...rwp
