She's absolutely the same one...my printed page was so faint, her name looked like Phebey Foster.....she and Richard Bradsher were handling William Nelson's estate matters after he died...she married Richard Bradsher in 1817....and in Book H 1820 page 318...Richard Bradsher and wife Phoeby, adm. of estate of William Nelson, acct. filed...Payments to Isaac Rainey for crying the sale, Allowance to Phoebe Nelson, paid James Smith and account for Ambrose Nelson....
Two of Moses Bradsher's daughters married Ambrose Nelson the son of James Nelson who died in Caswell Co., NC in 1833.....I've wondered what if any connection to Richard there is....
Also would love to know if the William Nelson who married Phoebe Hester was a son of James Nelson of Caswell Co. NC and Pittsylvania co., Va. before that???
Not sure right now when William died...but think I've got something somewhere that shows she married Richard Bradsher within a short amount of time after William died...
