I have had a chance to review your son's book on Daniel Island and enjoyed the info. I am descended from the Lesesnes of Daniel Island but did not realize some Brailsfords were buried there until reading the book.

My gt grandmother was a Brailsford and I have completed some research on this family. William Roper Brailsford Jr. (buried in the Lesesne cemetery) was the son of William Roper Brailsford Sr. (1795 - 1847). Anna Lucia Brailsford was Senior's wife but I do not have her surname.
I do not believe Junior ever married.

W.R.B. Senior was the son of John Brailsford Junior (1772 - 1810) who married Amelia Grace Roper (1772 - 1827). I have a copy of the Bible records of John and Amelia Brailsford.

John Brailsford Junior was the son of John Brailsford Senior who married Elizabeth "Polly" Moncrief and lived on John's Island, Stono River, S.C. John Senior's son, Robert, was my ancestor.
