To all who may be watching if you could give me any info.on my line of The Braniff familyI have alot of imfo. since 1832 that is since my G/GrandfatherJames Braniff He married Margaret Mitchell5/5/1856they had 4 sons William b 1/31/1857, James my grandfather b 8/28/1859, David b 9/16/1861, Thomas b 3/5/1867. They were all interested in the sea,shipbuilders shipcarpenters harbour pilot, and harbour clerk.they never emigratedbut since 1832 settled in Belfast.I was told by a researcher that they likely came from Co Down around were the boat building was popular.I am interested to find out if my g/grandfatherhad any siblings or who were his parentsthis info. is all prior to 1832as i have stated in the begining of this message I have most of the genealogy since 1832 to the present time.thank you for your help Ellen [Braniff] D e SouterE Mail edesouter@aol.com
