W. B. BRANNUM
W. R. BRANNUM, pioneer citizen of this section, died at the family home seven miles south of Ringling Wednesday, Sept. 10 at the age 71 years, 8 months, 25 days. He was a native of Alabama. He is survived by his wife, MRS. D. V. BRANNUM, a son, J. W. BRANNUM of Nocona, Texas, MRS. D. S. LESTER of Atlee, MRS. W. F. MILES last heard of in Houston, Texas, and another daughter whose address is unknown, a brother, O. BRANNUMand sister MRS. JOE SLAYTON of Ringling. By his request, he was laid to rest in the old Cornish cemetery beside the grave of his loving mother. … written by a loving nephew, LEE R. EHLER
