I wish I could make the connection. My only connection is Rhoda who married Stephen Washburn my ggrandfather. They had Fredrick and others my grandfather was Fredrick m Jennie Louise Spear they had a large family about 10 including my mother Jennie Louise Washburn Cook 1898-1979. All of Fredricks children are deceased and his children didn't have to many children. The family has gotten smaller. I was in Chateaugay this summer and it has changed so much. I am not sure where the sawmill was? I have a cousin who may know and will check on it. Have you been in touch with a Rodney Mckinny? He is a decendant of Claras my Aunt. He is doing research but I can't seem to get in touch with him.
