I am researching my line , which I have traced as far back as Comfort, who was supposedly a son of the same Joseph, born in Vermont around the time of the Revolutionary War, and then moved to Hemmiongford, Quebec. One Brayton Genealogy (Clifford's) just lists him as Joseph's son with no dates. Have you any information on Comfort's birth?
