James Wheaton BRAYTON is in my corollary line. (My line goes through Paulina,Thomas, Henry, Gideon, etc.) I went up to the NARA branch in Seattle last week and copied several files, including most of James's pension file. It had a # of affidavits in it that described their wedding, that James had learned to write after he got out of the service, references to some sibs and several military positions. If anyone reading this would like more specifics, feel free to email me for them. Trish Sowards
