I don't know if this is your Bill Brazier, but an newsclip appeared about a Bill brazier involved in fight in the Atlanta Constitution on 27 Nov 1893. Very little genealogical info was given. Apparently a man attacked him with a knife and he hit the man with something in the head the attacker died. If it was your Bill there may be Police or court records. I found the article in the Newspapers online through ANcestry.com. Might be worth looking at. I don't have any more info. for you.
