Hi John Howard
My Ggrandmother was catherine Breen from the Kilbrin Co Cork area DOB 1832/1834 approx, I have looked up the 1901/1911 census and dont see any Breens in the census, for the Kilbrin area, but Townland is unknown, she married a James Daly, also from the Co Cork area, and they lived first around the Boherbue co Cork area, where some of her family (Daly's) were born, and more of them were born in Mountcollins Co Limerick, i believe some of her family (Daly's) emigrated to New York, I don't seem to be able, to find any relatives of her's in the Kilbrin co Cork area, I see in the Family Search Records.Org, where a Catherine Breen DOB 1834 born in Co Cork to parents John Breen & Catherine Roche, I don't know if this is any connection, to the Breens you and I are researching.
Cheers
Margaret
