James Brennan, born about 1872 in Cork County, Ireland, emigrated to the USA on the ship Germanic from Queenstown. He arrived in the USA on 30 June 1893. James settled at Wilkes-Barre, PA and a short time later moved, married and died in Erie, PA. His brother, John Brennan, stayed in Wilkes-Barre, PA until his death. Michael Brennan, another of James's brothers, moved, lived and died in Erie, PA working along side James as a lineman, establishing electrical wiring along the streets of Erie, PA. The other Brennan brother, Thomas, settled in Cleveland, Ohio.
James J Brennan married Alice Josephine Ledwick in Erie, PA on 3 October 1904. James Brennan died on 11 June 1911 from electrocution while performing his job as wireman.
I am trying to find out what village/town James Brennan and his brothers were born in Cork County, Ireland. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
