Dear Raymond,
After following your 1900 and 1910 Federal Census links, I did a bit more Census searching, and I believe that you are a descendant of the Elder William Brewster of the Mayflower.
It appears that MARY BREWSTER is MARY A. SNYDER who married ALONZO W. BREWSTER, son of JOSIAH WRIGHT BREWSTER and ELIZABETH Z. LAWRENCE. Both JOSIAH and ELIZABETH died in Lane County, Oregon, in 1909 and 1913 respectively. ALONZON W. BREWSTER is listed in 1900 in the Oregon State Insane Asylum in East Salem, Marion Co., OR, as being born in March of 1855 in Ohio, married. As you will note in MARY's 1900 Census record, she also is listed as MARRIED.
