America's Most Wanted Brickners
Greetings, Brickner/Brichner researchers.I'm engaged in the project of putting into a single consolidated report all of the information on Gottlieb Breichner and his descendants, gathered by many Breighner and Brickner/Brichner researchers, as yourselves. In the course of this, I've come across a number of Brickners and Brichners for whom I cannot identify their parents. You could help greatly by looking at my list and letting me know if you can make the connection. And I thank you in advance.
You can find all of these folks in the Brobst/Brickner/Brichner website's on-line data base; just go to either of the following, click on "Advanced Search", and enter the name:
http://worldconnect.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?db=brobst
http://resources.rootsweb.com/~clusters/surnames/b/r/BROBST/#gc
And, of course, when you check the on-line Brickner/Brichner data base, check out your own lines to be sure I have them straight.I welcome all corrections, additions, etc.
Here they are:
1. Agnes Brichner, married Ambrose Myers on Aug 9 1864, in Emmitsburg, Frederick Co, MD.
2. Bridget Brichner, b bef 1833, married Samuel Breighner, had a son Jeremiah James born 1851.
3. Caroline Brichner, married James Weaver on Nov 28 1876, in Conewago, Adams Co, PA
4. Sarah Brichner, married John McMaster on Oct 15 1874 in Conewago.
5. Cecelia Brickner, married Henry Clinton Slonaker on Sep 1 1887 in York Co, PA.
6. Margaret M. Brickner married Frederick K. Heusman on Feb 1 1870 in Conewago.
The more we can all participate in this, the better handle we'll have on the entire Breighner descendency.I'm looking forward to your responses.
