Hi Linda and Darla,

I am confused!!!! My grandfathers name was Stephen Brindley. He was born in 1877 and died in 1953. He lived in Chestnut Mound and moved to Alabama. His fathers name was George Brenley. His mothers name was Mary Ann Brenley. (maiden name was Robinson) She is buried next to my grandpa Stephen in Addison Alabama. So is her brother Issac Montgomery Robinson. I am still trying to find out who his father was. I know my great grandpa's name was George because my father and several of his siblings remembered him being called that. George's youngest son, who was actually born after he died in 1883, was named George after his father. I dont think his fathers middle name was the same, and they didnt refer to him as George Jr. He was always Uncle George to me. His middle name was King. My grandfather Stephen died before I was born so I never knew him. Boy I wish I could ask him some questions though!
How can we find out who my (our) great great grandpa was?
I am convinced he was one of the Brindleys whose decendants now live in Cullman which Linda mentioned previoulsy. His birthdate would have been around 1801-1810. If his birthday was then, could he have been one of the George or Stephen Linda Moss lists? But which one?
