Geoff, according to my records, a Gladys May Brindley married Newman Walker at St Paul's Macclesfield on 6th October 1916. Is this a coincidence or what? If this lady is in fact yours, a copy of her marriage certificate would probably show her father's name. Regards, Gordon Brindley.
