I said I would let you know what I have discovered...so here goes.
Thomas Brindley married Mary Riley (1824-1897) in Audley in 1847. Thomas Died in Australia only 1 year after arriving in 1880. Mary died in Australia in 1897.
Thomas was born to Lettice Brindley (nee Ayers) and Thomas Brindley in 1827. Thomas and Lettice were married in 1826 in Audley Staffordshire. (I haven't yet managed to drill back further than this).
Mary's parents I think were Daniel and Sarah Riley. Yet to be confirmed.
