My GGg'mother was called Lucy Brindley and she was born in Polesworth, Warwickshire around 1836. I have her marriage certificate that states her father was John Brindley (Bricklayer). She married Charles Henry Vigers on 07.03.1859 in Edensor, Staffordshire. I have been able to trace her on the census from 1861 onwards but can't find her on the 1841 or 1851 census to link her to her parents and siblings. On the 1861 census she is there with her husband and children and in the same street are a family called BRINDLEY, John being the head of the household. It leads me to think that this is her parents and siblings but I can't just assume that they are until I find her in the earlier census. The children of John and Sarah detailed on the 1851 and 1861 census, are identical on both records but Lucy is not there on the 1851 census when she would have been around 15 years of age. I don't have and can't find a record of the family at all in 1841. Any help would be greately appreciate so that I can link Lucy to her parents and siblings.
