Hi,
On the 1841 census (Ancestry) the name has been mistranscribed as BUNDLEY. I believe that it is your Lucy who is living with mother Sarah and brother's and sisters. Can't find father, John. He may have been away working. Also in the household in Ann Brinley aged 75 (John's mother?)
You can also access the 1841 census at the FreeCen Warwickshire site. The name is transcribed correctly on Freecen. Use the "find in page" feature on your browser to find Lucy.

Polesworth comes under Tamworth.

Hope this helps,
Regards
Pam B
