Yes there were two Henry Brindleys, Henry of Brook County Va., moved to Jefferson County in 1801. In May of 1840 Henry Sr. sold 139 acres of land to Henry Jr. for $1.

Henry also sold land to Benjamin in Morgan County. (Another of his sons)
