Barbara, we have done Dna testing on the Brindley's, Brinlee's and Brinlee's.

While all 3 have other spellings, the Alabama Brindley's are not related to either the Tennessee Brinlee's (various spellings) nor to the Brinley's. The 3 families are of no relation.

There have been many stories written and told, especially about the early Alabama Brindley's that has no merit at all.
