Hi Edward,
I also searched for Ursula's maiden name for years and finally found it in a DAR lookup. I have the text somewhere that tells what she contributed to the troops and even though yours was hard to read it pretty much covers it.

I have an a huge amount of genealogy on the Brinks (from my Phillip line) except for the confirmation if Ann Winn was Phillip's first or second wife, and was she the mother of all of his children. I don't have a lot on Phillip's siblings. I also have quite a bit on Hybert and Ursula during their life in Virginia, unfortunately, I don't have very much on Ursula's life before she married Hybert, nor do I have anything about her parents or siblings. I do have some theories or possible hints on who her parents might be but nothing concrete.

Any information about the Westervelts or Phillip's siblings would be appreciated and I will be glad to send you what I have.
