Not to throw water on things, but just because information comes from the DAR DOESN'T make it true!

Yes, Ursula Brink provided items to troops during Rev. War. That is a fact and is contemporaneously documented. And, she qualifies for "Patriot" status.

However, unless someone can produce a document OTHER THAN a statement from the DAR proving her maiden name was in fact WESTERVELDT/WESTERFIELD/etc. a question mark should be used. I'm fully aware of the preponderance of evidence, but that evidence does not necessarily point to WESTERVELDT.

PLEASE! If someone can show otherwise, I'm awaiting the documents in the mail.
