My 4g grandfather was Hybert Brink, who was born in Fayette Co., Kentucky in the late 1700's. His father's name is believed to be Samuel. Many of their descendants lived near Lexington, Kentucky, and many re-settled in Missouri around the time of the Civil War. I believe this is the same Brink family that came from Wageningen, Netherlands to New York in the 1600's, but I have not yet been able to trace the lineage beyond Samuel Brink.
Thank you!
