Probably not my line, but I'd like to prove it out.Comment and correction are welcomed.
I believe yours may be the family of a Peter Brinkley.Peter being a fairly common Brinkley name, he should not be confused with the two Peters who are found in Western Orange/Chatham County. My unproven belief is that this Peter died between 1790 and 1800, and his family migrated from Granville to Rowan Co.The widow Frances bought land in Rowan County in 1801; the family moved soon after.I believe at least three children were married in Granville County: Stephen, Daniel and Elizabeth, who married Benjamin Mize.

01100 (Males b. 1784-1794; 1794-1800) 01001 (Females 16-26; over 45) Believe Richard and Michael are males in this household. Both head households in 1830 Devidson Co census.Three other probable sons are on the same census page:
BRINKLEY, JOHN 20010 00110
John married Nancy Wood in Rowan Co 1806; would seem to have an extra female in the household (26-45).This is probably the John Brinkley who appears in Mecklenburg Co in 1830
BRINKLEY, DANIEL2101020100
Daniel Brinkley married Jane Kimball in Granville Co 1804. Probable extra male age 10-16 in 1810 census household. Jane is head of household in 1830-1850 Davidson Co census
BRINKLEY, STEPHEN 10010 00010 (26-45)
Stephen married Babby Goss in Granville Co 1803; he is listed in Davidson Co 1830 census
NOTE: Davidson County created from Rowan in 1822; Davie in 1836
