Brinley in early Jefferson Co., KY

I am trying to sort out some of these people in Jefferson County, Kentucky:

* Alexander McKINNEY m1 Mary BRINLEY 16 Jun 1792 - then Alexander died and she m2 David WISE on 22 Jan 1799. I believe that this family went to Missouri.
* Mary DOUPS/TOOPS m1 Henry McKINNEY 11 Jun 1799 - then Henry died and she m2 Henry BLANKENBAKER, Sr. on 26 Oct 1813. He died in 1821 - I don't know what happened to Mary.
* Elizabeth DOUPS m. John BREN[d?]LEY 9 Oct 1800. I don't know what happened to this family - did they go to Missouri also?

I assume that John Brinley (who m. Elizabeth Doups) was a brother of Mary Brinley (who m. Alexander McKinney). And that Elizabeth Doups (who m. John Brinley) was a sister to Mary Doups (who m. Henry McKinney). And that Alexander McKenny and Henry McKenny were also siblings. Does anyone know if that correct?

Thank you for any bit of information that you can give me!
