Sorry my 'built-in modem' is out and therefore I am not at home with the paper work. Wanted to ask if you have Clyde Brinley's account of Brinley history? I have some of the first stuff that he did. Some things right, some wrong but good start. Joseph R. Brinley was my great grandfather and he was married in MO (Barry county, I think) Had two children (Viola MO) then moved to Okla where he homesteaded. I am working on getting marriage license for him and I need to take a look at the dates. Children born in 1880's. He was in OK in 1900 and in 1910. Died after that and wife, Queen Ellen Butler, died in 1837 in Cement, OK.
I have photo of them both and she is of Indian descent and that wasn't popular at that time.
Queen's father's name was listed as Robert Butler on her death certificate however, family says that was her brother's name.
