My Great Grandfather was Hiram "Dink" Brinlee, brother of George Robert. Also George and Malinda's daughter, Missouri Ann Brinlee, married Levi Akin, my great uncle.

The information I have on Malinda Horton is as follows:

born:about 9 Oct 1845 near Blountsville, Blount County, Alabama

married:15 April 1861 to George Robert Brinlee, by Jesse Coffey, justice of the peace, Collin County, TX

died: 3 June 1926 Westminster, Collin County, at the home of her son John.

Her parents were Andrew Jackson Horton, b: about 1812 and Elizabeth Roland, born about 1814 in Tennessee. They were married 25 August 1836 in Morgan County, Alabama.

You can email me direct if you would like.
