Sure woul like to know if there is record of Brinley men marrying indians. The reason being, my great grandfather, Joseph R. Brinley was married to an Indian, Queen Ellen Butler but have not been able to establish that beyond photos which show she was indian and family 'passing down the info' which was only that she was indian. According to mormon records, they were married in Barry Co. Mo but it did not show up on the records that I looked at. Their only son was born in Viola MO
