If Mary (Dubbs/Toops) (McKinney) Blankenbaker was a sister of Elizabeth (Dubbs) Brinley, I wonder why she was not also a part of this legal proceeding. Mary m. Henry McKinney in 1799 and didn't marry Henry Blankenbaker until about 1813 (as I recall). I wonder where she was and what she was doing?

The document doesn't say that Elizabeth Dubbs Brinley and Michael Dubbs were children of George Tullinger. So he must have been their grandfather and Mary Dubbs (as stated in the will) was the daughter of George and the mother of Elizabeth and Michael.
