Shirley,

I really can't offer any help on this as I can't take my line back past Joseph H. Britnal, born in Chester County, SC about 1813. I don't even know who his parents were, and I really need some help. Joseph married Rebecca Telford, also born in Chester County, SC in Carroll County, MS in 1838. The Telford family came from either Scotland or Northern Ireland originally in the 1750 time range. Sorry I couldn't have been more helpful. The Britnal/Britnell family appears to be very hard to track.

Charles
