I am trying to connect these BRITTIN/BRITTON/BRITTAIN family and find more information on this branch of my family tree.

Do any of these family names ring a bell? I think that Hannah (BRITTIN) Anthony was born c. 1794/5 based on 1850 census.

I am reaching as I have very little information on the BRITTAIN/BRITTIN/BRITTON family.

Samuel ANTHONY m. Hannah BRITTIN, July 31, 1811 (ref. Sumner County, TN Marriages).
father: Richard BRITTIN b. March 7, 1771, VA. d. July 3, 1812 in Sumner Co., TN.
mother: Eleanor..... from Smith Co., TN.
Richard and Eleanor were from Smith Co, Tenn.

N.B. Sumner County was the parent county of Smith Co. Various allied families including Ellis, Murphy, Anthony, and Brittain
came out of VA and settled in Sumner Co. TN.

"Joseph Brittain and Hannah Brittain to be administers of the estate of Wm. Brittain, dec`d." from Minutes of the Court--- Vol. 1.
1778-1779, Washington Co., NC-TN. My guess regarding the Hannah BRITTAIN and Joseph BRITTAIN is that they are the
widow and son of William BRITTAIN dec. and hopefully I can find that Richard BRITTIN is a younger son of William and
