I have a Jane Britten, bn abt 1850 daughter of Joseph Henry Britten a boilermaker bn before 1824. Joseph married Jane Willetts, daughter of William Willetts in 1845 St Mary Newington, in the old county of Surrey now in Inner London. Joseph's father was James Britten a coppersmith. This Jane Britten was my maternal greatgrandmother and died in London in 1924.
