I just found the marriage record of William JOHNS and Elizabeth BROGKDON [sic] at St. Paul's Church on 19 Apr 1760.
As I have a 5th great-grandmother named Elizabeth who was the widow of William JOHNS and enumerated in the 1790 census of Philadelphia, I am inclined to believe that this is their marriage record.
Elizabeth later moved to New York City, Stamford, Connecticut, and Clermont/Adams County, Ohio with her daughter, Sarah/Sally, and son-in-law, Joseph Marie Genoways/Ginouves.

I have these notes:

Name: Elizabeth Brockden Johns

Mary Duncan, Daughter of Charles and Ann Massey, having died. To Robert and Mary Duncan, Children of Mary, Dec'd. To Brothers and Sisters of Mary Duncan, Dec'd. Revoking bequest to Nephew Thomas Pryor. Witnesses to Codicil: Daniel Dick, Jno. Olden.

Name: Charles Brockden
Description: Grandson
Date: 22 Jan 1754
Prove Date: 18 Jun 1756
BookPage: K:410

If this is my Elizabeth, I will be glad to exchange info.

Kathleen
