Silas Brogden m. Christian McPherson in 1804 NC

Silas and Christian were married in Cumberland, NC. They and their children are on the 1810 and 1820 Chesterfield, SC, census records. Silas served in the War of 1812 in Alston's regiment. Then he and his family just disappeared. Of course only the heads of household were listed so I have no names for the children. If you have any information about what became of this family please share it with me. Thank you!
