I believe George Washington Brogden's father was John and John's wife, Cordelia. In the 1860 Henry Co. TN census, there is a George who is 8 years old, which would be about right for George Washington. Siblings of G.W. include Margaret, Sarah, Sophrona, Thersey, William, and maybe James. John born NC, was 39 in this census, Cordelia born KY, was 38.
