Greetings and thank you for the response.

I have no dates or locations. Frank's sister, Thelma Fern, was born in 1901 and she is believed to be the firstborn. That would put Frank born about 1902-1905. I don't think Helen BROMLEY would be much different from those years.

Both of Frank's parents were born in Plattsburg, Clinton, NY so the possibility exists that he was born there and Helen might be from there or the surrounding communities. Thelma Fern was from the Schuyler Falls area when she married Ralph BRADLEY.
