Who the male child was living with Benoni is unknown at the moment.  Likely a son, but who?  And maybe he died before 1830. If the information about Benoni Leonard marrying Eunice Benedict in 1825 in Herkimer Co., NY is correct, then the 1830 data from the Oneida Co., census with two children under age 5 seems very likely.
