I don't know what qualifies as a dwarf, but my wife's grandmother Matilda LeCour (b. Grafton, Mass) was very short (less than 4 feet). Her mother was Georgianna Brousseau born in Admoro, Quebec, Canada. She may be related to those you mentioned, as she and her mother lived in the Worcester and Blackstone areas most of their lives.
