Lottie,
My branch of the family migrated to Iowa from New York. I've heard of Brousseau's from Boone, Iowa. Could that be who you are looking for?

I hale from Marion, Iowa. My grandfather and great grandfather both worked for the railroad in Iowa. My gg grandfather was Julius Brouseau. They migrated out this way sometime after the Civil War. George, Robert and Joseph seem to be common names in the family.
